I am also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

I bring over seven years of clinical experience supporting individuals across different stages of life. My expertise includes working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities, where I conduct comprehensive assessments using leading diagnostic tools such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2nd Edition (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R). Additionally, I provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address co-occurring mental health challenges in children, adolescents, and adults.

Passionate about early mental health intervention, I focus on developing effective behavior management strategies. I am also a certified facilitator of the Westmead Feelings Program (WFP), with extensive experience running group sessions under this model. My background includes roles in multidisciplinary settings and organizations like Better Life Care Centre, Bright Eyes Early Intervention (BEES), and the Lizard Centre. Since 2018, I have also been a crisis support worker with Lifeline, helping individuals navigate challenging situations.

I utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS). My approach emphasizes empathy, warmth, and collaboration, ensuring interventions are personalized to each individual's unique needs.
